Dr Rakesh Patel is very well Knowledgeable and giving satisfactory treatment. Poojan Hospital is also well equipped. Staff of Poojan Hospital is very Co Operative. Charges of Poojan Hospital are reasonable.

Very bad experience
1)After taking Appointment we need to wait for atleast 1-2 Hours.
2)Dr treated very bad with my wife and mother they went after operation visit.
3)Which was very worst experience of my mother and wife no any doctor should treat with there paitent like this he was shouting on them.
4)Mistake made was label marked on tablet was wrong by medical. Just informed doctor than doctor started shouting on us stating no one will die by changing the time of medicine.
5)After 3 month new case is treated and new case file is Rs800/-
6) Doctor is good but behaviour with patients and there staff must be also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a medical student I must seek medical knowledge from my surrounding scenarios and so out of curiosity I visit this hospital to know better about the process..but came out disappointed as doctor don't even allow me to talk with him...but i understand that everything won't go as we planned and expected:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there for my wife’s second delivery. As I am having full faith in Dr Rakesh Patel, I refer my family and friends to him for all gynaecological advices and treatment.
Let me share my current experience. We have been admitted from 24th May to 26th May 2021.
Dr Rakesh Patel and his team- Dr Komal, Dr Nikunj and Dr Kiranakshi is best team of gynaecologists. Dr Rakesh Patel is dedicated, determined, empathetic for patient care along with perfection in work and personal care. During our stay we got proper attention and care, all doctors visited daily and I must say all are upto mark, attentive, co operative and hardworking.
Staff- Nursing staff is very well disciplined, co operative and caring. There was no need to call them for any work because they came and attended before any need arises. Very happy with care given by staff to my wife and my daughter.
Administrative staff and pharmacy staff is very helpful and always ready to solve any issues. Though I didn’t face any issue during stay.
Hospital- what should I say about the hospital! Just Wow....
Hospital’s infrastructure and look is attractive, starting from entry to exit everything is appropriately designed. Interior is fantastic, waiting room, reception, corridor etc gave lavish feeling. We stayed in suite room, interior in room is too good along with all basic facilities. Overall it’s an aesthetic, elegant and lavish hospital. Very well maintained hygiene, cleanliness and illumination.
I am strongly recommending POOJAN HOSPITAL and Dr Rakesh Patel for any gynaecological treatment and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor with excellent knowledge and experience.. I had visited the hospital for my relative for her treatment. We all are very satisfied by the treatment and staff support.
The doctor, hospital & the staff is very supportive. Also they have maintained the hygiene very well. I would personally recommend this hospital to the one who is in need of a good and experienced doctor.

Some staff is really caring
Cons- I had Mayomectomy LAPROSCOPY surgery.
1) Label on medicine was wrong like it was written before lunch/dinner but actually its antibiotics so should be taken after food only. 2 days i had stomach problems but then i consulted my frd n every thing was ok..
Aftr week of my surgery when i and my mother in law went to consult doctor.. We hv to wait for 1 hour after that when we met doct.. And casually we said k label on medicine was wrong then suddenly he got offended and started screaming on my mom law that Its not big mistake, patient cannot die by this.. We are best our staff is best,, next time we will not put any label on our medicines etc.. This is not how professional react. Instead of shouting for 8 minutes he should hv to just say k ohk i wil tell concern staff to not repeat same mistake in future thats it..
He made us feel guilty of their mistake.
Worst human ever i came across
He is good at his knowledge but his egoistic nature will soon doomed him. Mark my word.
2)Rooms are good.. Clean..
Facility for 3000 room is ac, automatic bed, attached toilet bathroom, tv
Yes but in my room on 4th floor tv cable was not working there we hv asked for 3 times but they didn't bother to start cable..tv.
3) File charges are too high 800
Renew within 3 months.
