★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a phone from Poojara Telecom and they have promised me the cash back on my credit card of Rs. 3000/- within 2 months time.
I called them after 3 months and Poojara telecom executives are telling that they can't do anything and this and told me to contact credit card customer care.
Very very bad service experience. They told me to contact them in case of cashback not coming to the account and now they are denying.
I feel cheated .....

I had finalized a phone. I wanted to buy one more so was looking after another one, meanwhile due to there update in prices in a moment they disagreed to give me the phone at the finalized price. I requested them but the manager disagreed with me. I waited but it was in vain. However they called me back in an hour and agreed to give me phone at a price at which it was already finalized before there prices updated. Broken the trust over them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Shop ever ! They not even give discount and also price is very hike and very rudely behaviour with customer. Such their motto "Lena ho to lo warna nai lo". I think yogesh poojara trained to their staff that how to behave with customer instead of such social publicity on Instagram and Facebook.
I suggested all the customer to go kore mobile for better pricing instead of poojara .
