★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the poolside cafe with my colleagues. It was a great experience. The poolside cafe is located inside hotel VITS. From the reception area of the hotel you can reach the poolside cafe either by stairs or the escalators. It is just one floor above the reception and can be reached by selecting 'SP' in the escalators. On entering the cafe you will find it's ambience captivating. On the center there is a pool while the tables and chairs have been placed around it. At the centre of the pool there is a platform which can be reached with stairs and gives a great view. From below this platform there is an arrangement of water cascading into the pool and is soothing for the eyes and ears while having your meal. During the IPL season the management has arranged a playing pitch type setup on the platform alongwith cutouts of IPL players which provides a great photo opportunity. Also there is a screen on one of the walls where IPL matches are telecast. There is a buffet arrangement of both veg and non veg from where food can be taken and then eaten on the tables. The food is tasty and alongwith the ambience it is something which needs to be experienced atleast once. Also, there is a bar on one side which has a DJ setup and a tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with food and stay. Good food options. But, mobile network reception is poor inside the hotel. Also, the key card stops working every 1-2 days and you have to call the reception to get a new keycard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner buffet. Very pathetic customer service you can expect from a hotel with these many stars. It was Sunday and the whole poolside was empty throughout the dinner time. Than reasons are very obvious. The food quality and taste was not upto the mark. The staff was least cared about the service. They were having their sweet time playing hide and seek with the guest. The live counter were closed. The food was cold at buffet and nobody bothered. The variety of starter provided was very less compared to the price payed. Dessert was the only thing I liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst place to be at. Apart from the ambiance, nothing is good about this restaurant.
The staff is extremely terrible and incompetent. They don't know the value of time, neither they know the value of customers. First of all, they took forever to give us a table and then they asked us to seat a group of 5 people across two tables, as one table only had 4 chairs by standard at the restaurant. When we said, we could simply put one chair and have people seated at the same table, they obliged.
Nevertheless, when we ordered drinks, we were NOT told that they bartender has taken a long loo break. They did NOT get our drinks for 20 minutes and after that they told us that it will take more 20 minutes. When we asked what is taking so long to get the drinks, their response was that sir cocktails take time to prepare ... And we were like WHAAAAAAAAAAATTT ? Whiskey cocktails don't take 40 minutes to prepare. It is not like we ordered a smoked drink or anything.
Then we asked another person the reason for delay and he told us that the bartender isn't available. So we thought of ordering standard beers / whiskies straight out of the bottle to quicken things up to which the staff member again said it will take 15 minutes.. GRRRRRRRRR
The staff also kept ignoring and dodging us whenever we called them..
We eventually WALKED OUT of the restaurant grumpy, disappointed and angry. Why do you claim to be a BAR when all you want to do is serve buffets ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited VITS poolside for lunch on my birthday! It was a delight. A very calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff especially Sonia,Shawn and Gavin were very good at their work and treated us like their own family! The food was 10/10 every dish ordered was so tasty and the quantity was great too.
Thanks once again VITS for making me have a memorable birthday. Will surely visit again.

The cheif because I dont like too much bread. And the salad is so perfect. So good and the waiter I forgot the name but he always greeted me with a smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate it 5 star only for the Sambar... ??. It was awesome and mouth watering. Rest all items were standard and had good taste. I saw others enjoying the non vegetarian menu as well. Not sure if one can just walk in or you need to be a guest.
