Be careful with Such fraud brokers, he had shown flat for Sai silicon valley in Balewadi, Flat was hopelessly dirty with big cockroaches, Hell lot of leakages in all the taps..When u start gyser there was current in flowing water. We stay hardly for 20days and given brokerage also. False commitment as he will clean everything..but he dint. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have basic courtsey to reply to text messages or calls in case your tenant is not paying rent. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM.i went through person called Sambhaji and he is not even responding back once rental agreement is done. Very RUDE .
