There is no higher authority to complain...there technician are worthless They are not able to find the exact problem of the Bike
They are expert & prompt to take official charges only but there is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION..
By this types of services we customers loosing the trust of Royal Enfields Products.

β β β β β Worst ever dealership experience. Every service industry motto is 'CUSTOMER FIRST', on contrary Dhone Automobiles must be 'CUSTOMER LAST'. It seems they don't need customers. Staff is quite arrogant, ignorant, non proficient. They are neither technically sound nor professional. Working system is like roadside vendors, we can say they are even better than these people. They don't respect time of customers but very particular about their opening,lunch and closing (well in advance) time.
Try to avoid this dealer.
