★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was ok. It felt like the person explaining things only wanted to get things sold and hence was giving recommendations of buying brass colour coated steel jhula chains. When I asked for guarantee he evaded the question. Not at all happy with the fact that the sales person was not honest. I don't recommend this store. I later went to opposite side of store to Concept store and got the chain where I got valuable advice and could make right decision to buy what was genuine.
