★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a permanent residence as it is just 10 minutes away from virar station west. You have maximum access to some good convenient stores and places. You have McDonald and big Bazar in 5 min distance and travelling is very convenient and in budget. Overall a good place to invest as well for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poonam Heights is a society that lies under Kalpavruksha housing society complex. Poonam heights is well maintained but still an under construction area. The garden area is yet to be constructed and enhanced. The society also needs proper BMC water supply. According to my survey there are still many insights left with respect to development and consumption. The building should also do green audit which leads to one step ahead towards a green housing society.
