★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a best experience ever with this jewellery store , I had purchases a diamond and a gold ring and went for a function outside the town and had issues with the design of the ring they people not even say any thing against it, even after requesting they people gave me on the old rates when i purchased it (which are far cheaper)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make fool to people. I was surprised to see their technique to serve customers. I bought nose pins so that it can be used as ear rings for my little one.
1. They told total cost would be 1267/-, Girl who works there has already gave us discount of 67 and made kachcha bill accordingly. But when we went there again to take pakka bill, at that time their total was only 1234+GST (I understand that we have to pay GST separately and its always better) and what I was thinking that they gave me a good discount but actually not. Finally we paid 1200+gst. This is their way to make fool to people.
2. However, ear piercing is already done, they only need to put it in the holes. I already confirmed "Bhaiya aap pahna doge na? " and he was like "kyu nhi, bilkul pahna dege."
But after our purchase he brought ghee and applied it to my little one's ear and then slowly said that "actually mjhe pahnane me koi tklif nhi but Mai bachche ko rote hue Nhi dekh skta, Mera Mitra hai falana address pr, use Mera Naam Bolna wo pahna dega." He was saying in a way that Mitra free me hi pahna dega. When I asked him if I need to pay something their then he told "Haa lega 20 rupaye but bachche ko tklif nhi hogi". I told him that this should not happen. Agar aap pahna pate to humara time bhi bachta and extra ruppees bhi. He put some chillar on table and asked that take this money from me, just like someone gives it to beggar. I was like how people do this. I was very upset. I just paid bill amount and left chillar for him only.
When went to given address and after giving reference of Poonam jewellers, his friends's look was like "kaha se aa gye" then after waiting for around 25 minutes he got free and finally earrings pahnaye. Jab puchha ki kitna hua, he told 50 Rs. and we separately paid this amount. Total was 1200+GST+50.
I was very disappointed, if they don't know the trick then they should not lie to customer that they are capable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection wise not sure but they make fool to people. Just make sure you have knowledge of current gold rate and calculate the price on basis of weight of an item. Also they do not provide thr pakka bill if you only ask they will but in that case you have pay GST charges extra.
