★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had food in this restaurant 4 -5 times in my lunch time. My experience is very very bad with this restaurant. Customer from corporate office coming here but service is very poor. Manager is rude and suggesting the dish to the customer. There is no choice to the customer. We have to eat according to their choice. Actually I like Mangalorian food. There is big list on the menu on the board but available very few items. Self service but food not serving hot. Single water glass they are not serve. Then what is use. They are only money making. It is looking good from outside. Display also good. I think customer coming only one time there. Second time they will not come because of this poor experience.

The staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place for a quick bite or snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is my stress buster (as it's near to my office :p)it is famous for amazing south Indian food... I have tried almost all the items from the menu and they have never disappointed me. Staff right from the owners are very attentive n humble (didn't face rudeness even single time) . Service is super quick , it's just it is a self service. They have maintained Proper hygiene n cleanliness of this place.
My all time favourite is Idli, Masala Dosa, Goli Bhaji and Filter coffee.
Ambiance is not that important to me as long as food n hygiene is proper. So here is the rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No usage of gloves while serving food despite Covid-19. Very unhygienic. Everytime we ask why aren't they wearing gloves, they reply rudely saying they have ordered gloves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to grab a quick bite or have a decent lunch. The place is slightly difficult to notice if you are not familiar. Offers nice food, place is clean and hygienic. If you are in lower Parel then this is a perfect place to grab a quick breakfast. They have token system,so will have to buy a token first and give order at the counter. Offers amazing Beetroot Halwa but try and have while it's hot ;-)
