★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New buyers, please be aware before buying ground floor flats. With construction of lifts especially those close to the building and those close to the water house pumping station. They have poured incessant amount of water in the ground hole while lift construction for months and there is heavy seepage in these homes and foundation is also impacted. Please do get it checked by qualified independent expert regarding the ground / foundation before putting your hard earned money or loan. Of course the society management and staff will say good only about these homes for their own vested interests. Do get the ground level and foundation checked by an expert independently before buying new property especially on the ground floor.
