I went for Unilateral Total knee replacement of my father. He got admitted in Belle Vue and got operated. After OT, Dr. Santosh Kumar never came a single time to see the patient. Another doctor was coming everyday and seeing my father and he writes everyday in the file as, case seen by Dr. Santosh Kumar. This is a serious medicolegal issue. Everyday someone else is seeing my patient and giving file note impersonating Dr. Santosh Kumar.
Secondly, when you ask Dr. Santosh Kumar about the wound condition, he says wound is fine, while the truth is he has never visited the patient even once post OT. This is another serious offence.
Thirdly, the dressing and stitch cutting post Operation are done by non medical person. Even in govt hospitals, stitch cutting and dressing are done by doctors. Here non medical people do the dressing. And they charge Rs 500 extra, but they donot give any bill for that.
This are just great things which happen. Other pts donot understand and hence cannot raise their voice.
