1) very close to 80ft road.
1) RERA expired but still showing it as RERA approved.
2) Smaller bedrooms and bigger balconies - charging at RS. 4800 per square feet!!
3) They had a board displaying the delivery in 2018. On my 2nd visit the possession date was painted and they said they will deliver in April 2019 but looks like it's a failed project as a lot of work is pending.
4) Builder has completed 4-5 projects but their recent project has lot of complains from the flat owners.
5) After visiting 2-3 times I have decided to stay away as the sales people promise don't match with reality.

Delayed project...

Best quality materials used ( Like Asian paints), Branded tiles, bathroom fittings etc. Moreover, highly quality conscious , dependable and trustworthy builder.. Worth seeing this project site and negotiate further. I am already negotiating with the company executives to purchase two flats. One for me and one for my close relative..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is really good. Each flats has gap in between , no common walls. So each flats get good amount air and sunlight. Also the build quality used for construction is really good. Even the locality is good, just around 1km from metro station. As turahalli forest is near by, the environment is still pure and green. You can easily get loan for this apartment in any bank. Only thing is still lift work and some minor works are going on, builder is performing all these tasks very slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my son purchased a flat in a project called Poorvi Srinivasa Grand near Kanakapura road.I am unable to resist my temptation without writing about the project for the benefit of buyers
I was looking for investing in a good housing project in and around Kanakapura road.After nearly eight months search, I find a project which is ideally located, free from legal issues both from land owners and city corporation, reasonably priced, amenities provided like STP, water softener,etc.Further, the builder, Mr. Prakash is a amiable person and cultured to deal with .In short it is a good buy considering the quality of construction, architectural design,etc. Because of these things I asked my son to book an apartment in this Poorvi Srinivasan Grand project.
It is needless to say that the staff employed there are very helpful in explaining everything that you ask about the project.p

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful space to live in, with all amenities, covered car parking and lush greenery, away from noise and pollution. Good quality construction, very good quality products used...we were so impressed that we booked, purchased and shifted here within a month. Large sq.ft areas of the flats, big balconies, surrounding environment and within 1 km around we can reach out to school, college, hospital, supermarkets and Vajrahalli metro station. These are the attractive points that can make anybody go for this property that too inside the city.
My heartful thanks to Ms.Sangeetha (The AAO) and Mr.Prafful (The Site Engineer)- for their extreme support. They are always available for all our requirements and modifications we asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Project, Nice Ambiance. All documents were legit. The quality of construction meets the budget and more common space given. This project is close to the Main Road, 80 ft Road, and METRO.
All the support staff including the builder coordinated well with us and their initial words met the final outcome
A good buy. I rate this project 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 .. 5 being the highest
