Their sales person as well as Store Manager (Mr. Prakash Yadav) helped us in closing the right product, explaining the features, benefits etc. They also saved our money by advising us the right offers and discounts. Also, they offered us a free gift that added charm to our purchase. Total value for money. Our overall experience will the store and the staff was fabulous. I definitely recommend Poorvika.

Ideally, it should have taken max 10 mins of my time to leave that place, but I ended up spending 1 hour.

They were pretty aware of the features and explained multiple options and comparison. Totally agree with the other reviewers about getting the perfect customer experience which somehow has been lost overall. Thank you Ganga prasad for being patient and answering our queries our queries. Definately recommended !!
