Except one short height girl at cash counter she needs to learn manners of communication with customers. That's why 3 Stars. Otherwise 5 stars for actual working staff who assisted to choose clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popin provides bridal and groom wear on rental basis. It has a huge variety of traditional Indian wedding garments for both the bride and the bridegroom. The best thing is that it also has plus sizes upto size 50. It is usually difficult to find rental clothes of this size. In addition to this the staff is also well trained and friendly. They help us to select not only the best suitable garment but also the accessories that go with it.
The only downside is that in comparison to Indian outfits, they don't have a great collection of fresh western formals. Most of the western formals look old and outdated. I would suggest people to select Indian outfits from here and if possible look for western formals elsewhere or buy/stitch western formals as per requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go for safa service they will send some newbies on the day with poor quality clothes. They ruined my baarat with a newbie safa wrapping guy. All the safas were loose and haywire. When complained they sent replacement after 2 hours when everything was over. Literal joke was made out of us. Pathetic service and never go for their safa no matter what promises they make
