I bought 3 laptops and all are facing some issue.
Also they do not provide dell onsite warranty and service centres of dell are located in big cities, so they did not repair also.
Please do not buy from this place, may be they keep refurbished products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be option of giving zero star for the worst experience I had here today... I purchased canon printer and asked them to guide me with installation which they agreed after lots of problematic arguments... The person who looks after repair work was given the task to install .. He tried alot but some or the other issue was popping up.. After waiting for more than 1 hour,When same thing was communicated to store manager. .he misbehaved and said that u talk to customer care. . . Or therwise u ll have to wait . .. He was hiding the fact that peice of printer was faulty itself and he was trying to sell that faulty printer. . . And above that their behaviour is soo so bad. .once they take money, their attitude is so harsh ... .. Mahaghatiya store to buy any electronic item...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one laptop in January 20- they had given 2017 model in 2020, sold me a commercial model, and didn't mention to install hp support. So final result laptop is having 3 years warranty company is not ready to to repair in 10 moths of purchase as they forgot to put seal in bill.
2 star because they placed seal in bill immediately
My sincere advice is whever you decide to by a product go for specific company dedicated store otherwise you will land up in wastage of your time and energy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased a Sony Bravia 42 inches TV model of 58.500 Rs from this shop in November 2016 with the expectation of long service. But recently screen is full of vertical color bands. And it is totally out of warranty. Now how can we trust the brand which assure the long term service of the product while purchasing. Also, we didn't receive any kind of support from the employees of this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a acer laptop in July 2021 they sold me 2018 model and don't mentioned to update warranty neither they updated the warranty.there is some issue with laptop went to service centre they informed me warranty is not updated and this took more than 12 days to fix problems. Worse service ever.
