Popular Vehicles & Services Limited (“Popular Vehicles & Services” or “Company”), belongs to the diversified Kuttukaran Group, operating multi-brand automobile dealerships in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We are among the top six dealerships in India, in terms of sales by volume, as of March 31, 2021, with respect to each of our passenger and commercial vehicles dealerships.

Founded by the late Shri. K. P. Paul, the Group launched the Company in 1984 as one among the first batch of Dealers appointed by Maruti Suzuki in India. Over the years, the operations were scaled up across Kerala and Chennai.

Popular Vehicles now operates the sixth largest selling Maruti Suzuki dealership in India under the Arena network (by volume) and the eleventh largest selling Maruti Suzuki dealership in India under the Nexa network (by volume), as of March 31, 2021. We were ranked second in the all India dealer ranking, in terms of volume of service, for Maruti Suzuki (Arena and Nexa) in the financial year 2021.

As a diversified and fully integrated automotive dealership company, we cater to the complete life-cycle of vehicle ownership, right from operating 6 driving schools, retailing new vehicles through 8 Arena and 5 Nexa Dealerships, servicing and repairing vehicles through our 48 dedicated service centers, distributing spare parts, to facilitating sale or exchange of pre-owned vehicles through 22 outlets and facilitation of sale of third-party financial and insurance products.

Popular Vehicles & Services Limited (Popular) holds the accreditation of coveted ‘Platinum Band’ for Arena Dealerships (2020-21) and have also been categorized within the ‘Alpha Band’ for Nexa dealerships (2020-21) by Maruti Suzuki.

Popular Vehicles & Services Limited has launched its Virtual Showroom, bringing to the customer the comfort of exploring any car of their choice, both interior and exterior, from their home or office. A Customer Relationship Center caters to customer’s needs and queries round the clock. The Company also actively connects with its Customers through social media channels.

The Kuttukaran Group has over eight decades of experience in the automotive industry. Mr. John K. Paul, our Managing Director and one of our Promoters has over 4 decades of experience in the automobile sector. He is currently the President of the Kerala Automobiles Dealers Association. Mr.Francis K Paul, our Whole Time Director and one of our Promoters has over 4 decades of experience in the automobile sector. Mr. Naveen Philip, our Director and one of our Promoters has over two decades of experience in the automobile industry. Our senior management team is also experienced in the automobile dealership industry. The majority of our heads of departments have spent more than 15 years each in our Company. We believe that the experience, depth and diversity of our management team and our Promoters and the long standing presence of the Kuttukaran Group in the automotive industry have enabled us to become valued partners of each of our OEMs giving us a distinct competitive advantage in the industry in which we operate.
