Hi I had very very frustrating and bad experience with Portea.I would request everyone to be extremely cautious while using their services as my experience has been extremely disappointing. Portea team- I hope you understand that you are taking big responsibility in your hands to provide care in critical situations. Pls improve the systems and comms model to ensure other ppl r not getting impacted For my father-in-law we needed urgent care to arrange drip for him at home and we contacted Portea team on 31st Dec at -at around 6 pm to arrange critical ICU nurse urgently. We spent hours with them but it was understandable that they were not able to arrange any nurse due to New Year eve but the plight starts next day. So we were informed that nurse will be arranged in morning on priority for us We spent night folding our hands, and were waiting for nurse in morning to get the drip started for him. We received a call at 10 and we were confirmed that nurse has started from Gurgaon and will be reaching in 2 hrs. There was no comms for next 3 hrs and when we tried checking status at 12:40, no one had any clue who is coming and when. We didnt had number of nursing coordinator who was supposed to send the nurse. The contact centre lady had no update on what nursing coordinator has done till now and wasn’t even able to connect to him. The person whom we had reached on 31st Dec, and the only number we had- sent his own pic lying on hospital bed to say he cant do anything. My questions to the team here 1. Why there was no comms after 10 am if the nurse wasn’t arranged. We could have made alternate arrangements in that case but we didn’t as were waiting for their nurse :( 2. Why there was no update in system on whether nursing coordinator has arranged anyone or not. Why he was the only one person knowing the situation. 3. Why the customer representation had to sent his own hospital bed pic to us. we shud have been given alternate number to be reached by team as we were already quite stressed In all, we were left in limbo by their team and we had to urgently workout alternate arrangements at 1 pm to arrange someone. Considering the critical situation my father in law was in at that time, i am really super annoyed with this whole episode. And it added to out already stressful situation and we were not able to provide care of many hours due to them :( Answer to your response as there is no way to add response in this review- so I would have expected you to tell me how to share this information for you to track the case. Though I would have expected you to know the case considering I had asked your concerned teams to get this highlighted to mgmt Portea id is 146144 This review is written to make others aware of your handling so they act accordingly. As I said de to your lack of comms I lost lot of time and not sure how my problem can be rectified

I have used the lab services earlier and apart from some delays the experience has been ok. This time however the booking was done and I was expecting someone to collect sames next day. I wanted to postpone and so when I made the request I got to know that no one is able to collect samples. No reason given. Had I not contact I would not have known. So my feedback is they are unreliable. DO NOT USE PORTEA.

Not clear how to connect to the executive. Baby care Booking done and all the discussion done. But no show. Repeated calling on website number but it is always considered as new booking. Felt helpless and have to take leave from office. If service cannot be fulfilled then they should not commit.

I needed physiotherepy for my mom. She is 70yrs old. I contacted portea, discussed each & everything.. discussed abt medicine , food etc timings. We fixed appointment 11:30am.It was ABHAY KUMAR with whom I was communicating. Next morning around 10:45am I received text msg that appointment is fixed at 12:30pm. It was not according to what we discussed earlier over the call & they shared timings with me that was 11:30am. Then got a call from physio, he said he is reaching in sometime. He came at 1:30pm. We had to say NO as its my mom's medicine time and then in next 30min she had to take food . I cannot compromise with my MOM's health . SO IT WILL ALWAYS BE NO IF YOU ARE NOT ON TIME. ITS MY SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE WHO IS TAKING SERVICES FROM PORTEA, THAT YOUR FAMILY LOVING ONE'S ARE MORE IMPORTANT, FOLLOW YOUR SCHEDULE, NOT THEIRS. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THEM, PORTEA WONT COME TO HELP/SAVE THEM. PORTEA, You are dealing with patients not a product seller, that you can visit and give them stuffs. Understand difference patient & selling products/services. It shows how UNPROFESSIONAL PORTEA is. How they care, value their words & promises. I have a feeling that they would never fulfill what they said. Really upset & disappointed. This is our first time with portea but you shown us only unprofessionalism. I am thinking if I would hv taken services & paid, then what would you do? You will nvr be professional. Now for portea, I hope you understand, 1st exp is last exp. It creates an image that shows how irresponsible you are, how you value your patients, customers and promises. I contacted them again, connected to another person named AHEMAD and this time for two days he said, he is taking the ownership etc etc, he would send a physiotherepist but he didnt and finally said my area is non serviceable. Really a JOKE. After my experience I gone through google reviews and I am not surprised as its same that happened with many patients. PORTEA is very UNPROFESSIONAL. So I am doubtful. But really very DISAPPOINTED. it wasted my time, my mom's time . Thanks for wasting our time. We have our priorities. Treat your patients with utmost care and VALUE YOUR WORDS & PROMISES. Zero stars to them.
