★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked portfolio studio's small wonder photography studio for new born photo shoot. the lady handling the deal on the phone has little to no understanding of what customer is expecting and what services they themselves have.
She sent wrong propes and hence my baby felt really uncomfortable,(discussed this with her over whats app and i was blamed instead for not keeping my daughter comfortable during shoot) plus whatever was told to me on phone abt the propes and the themes were completely opposite of what the photographers brought.
Though i was not all satisfied with the shoot i had to mutually agree with her for getting few edited photos without even a single hard copy(did this only because of the photographer as he seemed to be understanding the situation really well)
I requested for raw photos so that i can myself edit them but they were also provided with delay.
Please dont go for there services for new born photoshoot.

They provide a wide range of services including modelling photography, wedding photography, and portfolios. Office is very neat and clean. Overall a very good studio ifyou want good results.

However, some people and businesses treat their customers with utmost respect and they ensured that I was satisfied with their work. They came to my house, picked up my portrait and delivered it back within 2 days after repairing it without charging a single penny extra.
Customer satisfaction and delight was of prime importance for them and honestly I have seen very few such businesses following this practice in the city like Delhi.
