★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place ,sangath posh.it is dream project by developer,and my dream to live in posh.Plantation is appreciated,their hard work is appreciable.But maintenance of plantation and water bodies is really a big task for incumbent residents.It was expected a system should be in place and should be sustainable cost effective.If it becomes costly then slowly it would die.Pray god wisdom prevail both on residents and developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an investor friendly scheme. Prices are way to high and it's hard to get resale values. If you are a consumer and planning to live there then may be it can be a good option, but price is very high. Not worth it.

Society is well constructed and also well maintained. Flats are quite spacious and luxurious also.
Society is at outskirts of city and very close to open fields, although well connected to most of amenities.
Security is also adequate.

The project is worth for those who want to be away from city noise and still be in the city with respect to convenience of nearby schools, hospitals, groceries etc. and live a quality life with all modern amenities which are difficult to find so easily in rest of Ahmedabad. Worth investing if one believes in QUALITY AND POSH living with great support from builder in all respect. Construction quality is what makes the difference here.
