★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and worse even very indifferent once you place the order, pay and wait for delivery. I ordered for 2 three piece suits, laid full amount and on the day of delivery there were sizing issues with the trousers. I was promised alteration in 2 hours however as I could not wait, I said I will come next day after calling and confirming that it's ready. I called 2 days later and was told it was ready and finally walked in today the 1st November. I was told one trouser was ready and for the other it is yet to be received from tailor. When I asked the sales person about the delay, he just waved at me with contempt to say don't ask me all that and finger pointed to the person at the cash counter. This was the worst I have ever seen a sales guy behaving. I waited for the other customers to leave the counter before I told the person in the counter the whole story and the way I was treated (since he was a different person to the one who was there on the day I bought and to whom I had spoke on phone). He asked the sales person to apologize who was not ready to do that and I also declined to accept any apology. Thankfully I am left with some self respect and hence just waited in a corner to collect the suits without further trials.
That they have messed with my suits is one thing but the way they treated me is absolutely pathetic. I never wanted any special attention but even basic courtesy was missing.
End of the day fault is mine to have lowered my standards to come to them. I will never ever recommend them even to my enemy
