★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific service especially the old lady handling the speedpost section. At this age of retirement, she forgets all the general etiquettes of dealing with the customer.
Not at all cooperative in telling what to do about doing a things prior and tell later on do this that.. Seriously I got really mad been here. Govt should penalise such workers for bad conducts.
