★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office is very poor in following terms
1. Zero in customer dealings
2. Poor efficiency of employees. Things which they have to do , they ask you to fill things. They have to give forms , they ask the customer get it photocopied ...which I refused then they print them out from their office...such disgusting staff.
3. Touts/ agents are all around ..they do work of Agents first ...even if an old man or lady standing.
4. They don't have suggestions for customer ..they always like ...it can't be done here...Mam/sir I have come from far away if something are left ..please tell me in one go ...so that I complete it in one go ..not every time I come and say Now you don't have this.....
Government has to do something about...they need to be trained or Pink slips should be given to them and hire or recruit new and young energetic employees....

Stopping Customers by Guard, from Entering is not at all a Way to Resolve the Customer Queries. We're Urgently Waiting for an Answer from your Side.

No one listen to your problem ..and service is poor...
Timing for post or parcel is upto 3 p.m. Only after that u can not post your parcel.

No basic facilities like glue or stapler provided so bring your own.
Poor interior
Slow working as many are old aged when i visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial experience was good. I went to post international letter. Lady at the counter helped me to tell things i needed. It took me 15 mins. Lets see if my consignment reaches on time or not.

I made calls on the given number, no one picked up, then I went to the post office asking something about their services, two-person were sitting, both were soo rude, not even answering my questions... I crossed checked while standing in front of the reception area, the phone was ringing continuously but no one answering the call, then again I asked the person who was sitting between two people on the first line why no one is picking up the call "the person replied, we don't have time to answer these calls. Pathetic
