★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aj mene satna passport seva Kendra me apna passport verify ke liye gya tha. Or mene waha par dekha ki officar jo the unka behaviour best tha nd unke work ki speed bi achi thi. Or mujhe apne document verify karwana me only 20 mint laga. Or mujhe pehle online application ki slip dikhana pada fir jo online ke time mene apne document lagay the unki original or 1 photo copy jama karni padi self attested karke. Fir officer mere copy ko original documents se milay or fir mujhe 2 passport size photo White background pe deni padi fir muhem finger scanning karna pada fir meri online photo click ki or mere form submit kar mujhe last pe slip de di gai. Itne kam me mujhe only 20 mint lage or me free ho gya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way the passport verification process is going over at Satna POPSK is pathetic, the associates sitting in the office treat the appliacants as they worst than terrorists. They are asking for dozons of original documents, sometimes for many applicants it's not possible to produce at the time of verification due to which appointment is postponed.
I also went through the same pain at Rewa and Satna POPSK, I didn't understood the concept of E-Aadhar card and must documents like Updated Bank Passbook,Voter ID card?
In the passport portal in Advisory Documents section it is clearly mentioned that only one proof is required for each i.e. for Address, DOB and Non ECR/ECR. Even Aadhar Card can act as Address and DOB proof.
I don't know if they are aware of recent amendments for passport process or not, this is totally not acceptable as on one hand govt is talking about digital India and on the other hand dozons of documents are required to proof the identity as if the applicants are the ISI/ISIS agents.
If this all matters you POPSK Satna and also POPSK Rewa offices then it's my humble request to please treat us as Indian citizens and help govt to expedite the process not to create hurdles.
