★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing quite a lot about Potful, thought of giving it a try. Ordered claypot Hyderabadi chicken biryani. Its was hot when delivered. The packaging was perfect with no leakage. Chicken was juicy so could make out that it was fresh. Next comes the claypot Hyderabadi biryani. Was impressed just by looking at the claypot. Love the quantity of biryani. Once u open the plate on claypot, you will find white rice, then yellow rice and then rice with Masala, chicken pieces . Mouth was watering when mixing the biryani. Perks of ordering this is, you get to keep this pot for yourself. How cool is that! It is definitely one of the best biryanis I have ever had. This will be my go to place for biryani from now on. Served with raita. Biryani lovers must try this.

I went to outlet without knowing about dine in availability. It started raining heavily and people working there offered me chair when I was waiting for my biryani. Sweet gesture by management ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First order and in all probability the last time I ordered. If you can't even use quality beans in the biryani I'm sorry then you just can't make big claims about your product. Add to it the salt levels were extremely high in the biryani..all in all a forgetful experience. Went with positive reviews to realise these need to be taken with a pinch of salt, literally..
