They know how to give trouble to people even if senior citizen is there they are least bothered.
For simple work also they will waste time like anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large building , consists of only 4-5 staff , closes at 4 on Saturday , staff is polite , while surrendering your instrument you need to bring in a copy or PAN / Aadhar , they accept only cash payments so sad !!
And no parking at the facility , the gates have been closed for vehicles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only one staff in customer care center, she redirected me to some other area. I had to return without getting the job done. The security said staff may come on Monday. Empty staff seats in customer care centre. Typical government office, making customers running from pillar to post.
