Perfect environment do exist for exercising. Place fully equipped with all types of equipment required for good exercise. Prices are less compared to other similar places. Best gym ever!! If you’re really serious about bodybuilding then this is the best place for you..

Everybody’s opinion is different because their body is different. In small city gym like this is a advantage. Using equipment can be done from internet as well. For doing gym you need knowledge of equipment and exercise not the trainer. If u don’t have knowledge of anything you will always blame the trainer and equipment of the gym.

And most importantly if you want a good training don't be reliable on any un knowledgeable trainer of the any gym coz sometimes trainer have no idea to what to do with himself. So, this kind of place and this kind of people definitely harms you and your money. So when you join the gym be careful and awake. Coz everybody's ultimate goal could be a healthy and prosperous life. So, no body have this kind rights to play with anybody health and wellness. And most important is that you're investing you're most valuable time toward your ultimate goal of healthy lifestyle.

Equipments are also out of order not nicely maintained and not having good quality. Some machines are broken from so long. most important thing is the trainer should guide you physically as well as mentally as fitness is also related to overall well being of a person. Trainer is not knowing anything about what is fitness. he dont even know about simple exercise deeply. He suggests you to do some exersies which you have not mastered and eventually after doing that you will get hurt yourself. They are pushing you to buy supplements. Supplements are good but nutrition is more important and this people dont know any thing about that. This things will harm your health in long run. And most important despite of all such bad things they price are too much high. one should not pay that much money on such a trainer and gym ..so dont go in this over priced and dumb trainer's gym. So, "Stay Safe and Healthy".

Thing is that the one who gets the advantage without any expectation will always criticise it. The feedback given might be from other gym owners so don’t believe such negative feedbacks. Sometimes what happens the gym is not so good, but trainer is good with knowledge, that Will definitely gives you a good results, but if trainer don't know anything about just exercise forget the knowledge of fitness, I'm just talking about simple exercises. So, please check list is on before join the gym and don't buy any silly product from the gym coz they are selling something this is inappropriate for healthy lifestyle. So stay awake.
