Me & my one friend joined the gym on 27-April & paid 3000 each, Trainer there, did not give me receipt, He always said he ll give next day. He cheated us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Membership is quite cheap just 4000 for a year, has many gym equipments and machines, good cardio machines, trainers just little bit less knowledgeable and trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic kind of gym, neither customer care number available nor any grievance addressal system. Badarpur gym has been closed from last six days "Don't know why". when i went sec-37 branch, the guy who was sitting on reception desk told me badarpur branch member are not allowed in this gym.
Gym authority,this is not the professional way how u guys are doing with this branch. Please clear whatever the issue as soon as possible and open this gym.
And also update centralised call centre number on which gym member can reach u in case of any grievance. I dont have any other platform besides this thats why i am writing all this here, hope u guys will act on this.
