★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started the gym in December 2020 and found that they did not pay any attention even if I did wrong workout until I said yes to the personal training (an extra 5k / month). For two months it was all okay (sort of) as all of the trainers were infected (the manager took off for that period of time without any information) but did not admit and did not follow any protocol at all. In April 2021, started the lockdown but they allowed me to come after paying the PT fees. I stopped going to the gym after 10 days and they did not mention anything about the advance fees. While I was under PT with Mr. S S Choudhary, he constantly asked for money which I gave once or twice, he even asked me to recharge his wife’s mobile (money was never returned to me). When I stopped visiting the gym he started calling me again and again asking for money. He bugged me so much that I had to block him from everywhere. What kind of professionalism is this, I do not understand. So not going to this place again at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym : Trainers here are professionals, expert in guidance.They tend to target each member's weak link and cures it. Despite of number of members , they remember each members medical history and focus on curing that first.
My neighbor recommended the gym and also a few specific trainers to work with. Aamir sir specifically. Since the day1 he made sure that the member receive proper help and training. He is best at what he do. His forte is strength training but if any member ask for help in any sort of cardio or stretching he won't hesitate to come forward and give his time from his schedule to work with that members.

I would like to suggest u to get trained by amir (who is a of trainer , motivator nd most important a leader , who always lead from the front.. he is a great personality..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym, with a supportive environment, and a lot of types of equipment to train on.
Would especially recommend working with Aamir. I have been taking personal training from him for about a month now, and he simplified the whole thing to start on as a beginner. He provides proper attention on the form, as well as the diet to follow.
Happy with the service and will recommend it to anyone wanting to start their workout journey.
