★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enquire about a product from them over the phone they will say that it is in stock but when you will go to take delivery of the product they will say that the particular model is out of stock and they will sell you a cheaper model of the same brand at the same price which they told over the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a VFD from them and inspite of sending them pictures about the model i require when my manager went to buy the product powertech sold me a VFD with different specifications with the assurance that if anything happens he is there.
The company s engineer came and told me that powertech sold me a model which would not fit my purpose.When i called powertech they told that they will replace the product and they cannot give a time limit within which they will replace it.
The next day i called to follow he started disconnecting the phone .
The type of business they do is only suited for grocery stores where you go tell the brand of the product and they sell you.They are not fit in business which requires understanding of machines and understanding what spare part fits what purpose
