β β β β β 1.The bus started 20mins late and took 40more minutes to come out of City.
2. They were collecting passengers from places not mentioned in tickets boarding point
3. Reached destination 2 hours late (Chandigarh to Delhi). In addition before reaching the destination (Kasmere Gate) passengers were forced to change the bus at Majnu Ka Tilla. On being asked why weren't we informed, the guy had no answer.

β β β β β Even after prior booking, the bus suddenly changes right 1 hour before boarding. The agent doesn't inform us rather did not even pick our phone while we stand stranded early in the morning. Later after many calls, he wakes up and gives us an excuse of having sent a prior message and starts misbehaving.
Absolutely a waste of money and waste of energy.
