β β β β β Very bad customer support and very rude behavior, let me tell you truth about prabha electronics if purchase a cartridge and it won't work and you go to them and say it isn't working, at the next moment they will throw it and say so what its gone like it cost merely 1000 rs and it like nothing for them and yes if you're an educated person then understand by yourself what you should do.

β β β β β Worst computer shop in basti city, Bad behavior and rude attitude he thinks like customer are slave and yes one more thing let me share a incident a boy came and say my new cartridge which you gave yesterday is not working and next moment he threw it out side his shop and say so what does it really mean that a shopkeeper should do with its customer, even when the customer is innocent and he,/ she dont know what can be done .
