★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOTEL PRABHAT is a comparatively new restaurant in Chatuanka area of Kantabanji town. Earlier the place was located across the street on first floor. Because of the ground floor advantage, space and visibility, they have moved in to this new location. Both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are on offer here in lunch and dinner. "The Handi-poda Mamsa" (Mutton roasted in a earthen pot) is a very popular dish here. There are other regular North Indian and local dishes in the menu too. Typical 'Thali' type of meals are also available. The owner Sri Prabhat Khamari is in restaurant business since a long time and his family has another restaurant in the same name in Tehsil Chowk. He is a friendly person and has very good rapport with his customers.
