First refused saying they didn't had any medicine, but when we reaproached them 5 mins later, they said that they do have the medicine. When asked what happened earlier, the owner started talking very badly and started using derogatory slurs in front of my mother. It was an urgent requirement that we had to go there but the attitude of the owner was horrendous and I didn't expect a medical store owner treating people like this, knowing that people generally come to a medical store when they are already distressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i go to the Prabhat medical store near Pili kothi to buy medicines....at that time i feel thirsty i say them to give me 1 disposal cup by which i can drink water but they r unable to provide me a disposal cup which is i think > 1₹...... Shame on ur service which u do with ur medical if u r unable to provide a disposal cup to ur customer.......& there is no complaint & suggestion box..... life's worst experience at ur medical in my life......??
