The staff is rude
They do not value your time
Homest review of the reading room:
-The library is next to a gutter and hence there are lot of mosquitoes and bad smell
-Also there is a children's play corner right outside the reading hall
-There is no AC
-The washroom is somewhere far from the library and is not well maintained.
