★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashram of Prabhu Jagadbandhu Ashram is situated 4 km away from Deoghar on the way to Tapovan, near the Charki Pahari crossing. The ashram houses the stone-temple of Prabhu Jagatbandhu, a religious preacher born in a hamlet called Dahapara of Murshidabad, Bengal.
Also known was Sri Sri Bandhusundar, Prabhu Jagatbandhu preached message of Love. His Followers are today comprise Mahanam Sampraday and belong to Radhaswami Sect.
Prabhu Jagadbandhu was born in 1871 and passed away on 17th September, 1921. Ever since his death, a ceaseless Mahanama Kirtan is still continuing till today according to his wishes. His Followers consider him as a divine incarnation of Lord Krishna
