★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge extra for everything. So much GST with no explanation. Software updating is the only solution for every problem initially. As no other Sony service centre is available in the city, one has to go here and undergo the mental torture that they give. Rude behaviour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences ever, had to sit there for around an hour while the owner whom I had the interaction with was talking to someone else about their personal life, I mean what kind of service center ignores people like this. I was there just to take back my invoice which they had taken with them by mistake and for that only I had to wait that long, so you can imagine how good their service is. This type of service centers are spoiling the name of a good company. God bless Sony.
