I wanted to have Dasavatara set
i found Prachin online and called them
they are very communicative from the moment I called them.
I had video calls multiple times and saw the idols
communication was really smooth so does the response
they packed very safe and couriered to me
there was a delay from the courier side when I called Prachin and informed
they called courier guys to check what they can do and kept asking me about the status
Finally idols are arrived. I can not describe how happy we are after we saw the idols, that is one fine art so elegant and so beautiful
I really appreciate entire process, I would definitely recommend to everyone
I still cant believe this is such a great experience even it is online

The owner laughs at me whenever I try to negotiate for any product in the store. He seems to think that by the looks, ppl cannot afford.
TO the OWNER,
I can buy 100s of stores of like your cheap and filthy store.
Please give some respect for the customers.
Else you will always end up in slum market of Jayanagar.
Please dont go there, go to nearby stores and its got good customer service.

Very supportive staff and variety is amazing. Do hop in here if you are looking for genuine antique and brass based products. I felt the pricing is genuine and considerably good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased multiple brass gift items from this shop. they have really crazy variety collection spread across 3 floors .spoilt for choices, we ended up spending almost 2 hr, more than what you spend in a museum. price also seems Genuine and have good price range also.

I’m very well impressed
Let me share my story with Prachin
This story began on 24 June 2021
I was looking for an Cow and calf made of bronze to present someone really special ,
One of my friend suggested me about Prachin Art And Crafts , then I called them on their number and deal was made with Mr. Vivek.
I received my product on 29 July and unfortunately there was Some damages on the product due to bad handling at transformation.
I was fainted and broken and I was not sure about what next
Few things came across my mind
1) are they gonna look into this issue
2) I thought I couldn’t gift it to my special ones
I was little and called Mr. Vivek and explained him about the situation & I was not sure how he would respond and I thought he would simply say it was transformation mistake we are not responsible and something like that..
But for my surprise after explaining him the situation he didn’t even took a second to reply, and his words were
“ I’m sorry sir for what ever has happened, you don’t have to worry to about it sir I’ll arrange a new piece and I’ll put everything in it until you’re satisfied with our service and product “.!
What a gentleman, I salute the way they are doing their business

Today I’ve received my product and I’m pretty sure it will delight the one who I’m presenting this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, this place is ideal for arts and crafts purchases that have the touch of ancient/traditional ideas. You get brass, wooden made items related to devotional as well as decor. Price range varies from ₹200 to upwards of ₹20,000. Spread over three floors and located conveniently in Jayanagar, they have very good collection. Was not allowed to photograph and hence can't post here the collection. Worth a visit.
