★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered for few products and made payment as well. But did not get order number. Sent them email and sent screenshot of payment details through WhatsApp. But no response from owner. Hope they sort out this at the earliest
Update : After few days , got a call that due to technical glitch there was a delay in order number generation. The owner assured me that the order will be delivered at the earliest . Received the parcel within 10 days and happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to place an order (ELM powder) and requested some details about the product as they have not given any details in their portal about the product, I have been waiting for their response to place an order, but they have not yet responded in their WhatsApp number, looks like they are not interested to sell their products. I am surprised that, just to provide basic details about the product, they need up to 48 hours. Courier charges are Rs.400 for 500 gram product which is quite high. If we pay Rs.1000 to amazon, they will not charge for shipping for entire year for all the prime products. These people are charging quite high for shipping which is almost equal to international shipping. Bad customer service.
