★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the inauguration day we visited Ravet branch nice location & presentation. We purchased Gajak ,surali vadi & maisur pak & kaju katali. Overall taste of all items was good. Special Mandir pak was less sweet & surali vadi need little improvement in taste.

No doubt about taste they are always awesome with their food product taste. I have tasted mostly all food product from Pradeep Sweet and I loved it a lot . Me and my family we are happy and satisfied customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is getting degraded over the time and rates are constantly being increased. Size of the Samosas are smaller than before, have a strange smell of oil?, Dhoklas are sprinkled with too much of water just to increase overall weight and on the top of that customer service is terrible. Expanding business is good but maintaining the quality and being grounded is very crucial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 250gm of Khobra barfi from Pradeep sweets and it was stale and of worst quality.
Immediately i called Pradeep sweets and followed up with them multiple times but they didnot resolve my concern/query.
Please avoid buying packed sweets from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for fresh Shrikhand on 26 th April today. Shrikand packing date wad 22 so I didn't accept. The man on the counter told me that he will give fresh. So he gave me from different cold box. At home I found the packing date as 16th April. I was cheated. Old Shrikhand is slightly sour which I don't like. Don't believe the staff.
