No proper management by him.
He is just there for making money,ignoring issues of staying boys there.
He will talk very sweetly while joining and at leaving ...he will show his original colour...
1.The owner doesn't returns the deposit.
2.8 people in a single room that even too small.
3.Very congested and no ventilation.
4.Washrooms are so dirty that you can't even poo there.
5.A very dirty smell always.
6.A very unhygienic environment that you will always fall sick.
7.Dirty clothes are hanged inside the room only.
