★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply denied 5 year old with tooth pain. Child was having heavy pain in tooth & they won't even allow to enter in clinic. In case of emergency situation every clinic must respond with the situation. Also 5 year old with pain. Inhuman behaviour by the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic for with cavity and was advised root canal after thorough checking by Doctor Prakhar.
He explained everything in detail and was very professional throughout.
The appointments were honored and Dr Prakhar and Dr Aditi both were very particular with time.
Loved them both- would highly recommend you get your teething issues checked here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited doctor for my mother's severe tooth pain. Don't know about the doctor treatment as I was asked to wait more after waiting for 25 minutes from scheduled time. Doctor & staff have no regrets & shamelessly said wait or go. Meanwhile patient without an appointment was given priority as her maid was waiting, she had to rush.
A patient is half consoled with the way he or she is treated at doctor's place. And this is what we get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this clinic for my braces treatment. He used to charge Rs 2700 per sitting which is way expensive than other clinics. The dentist used to call me per month, just check the my status of the teeth, do nothing and I was out of the clinic within a minute and still he charged Rs 2700. This happened twice. I don't want to waste my money if you are not even touching my teeth. Also, he has promised that treatment will get over in 6 months, it's 8 months now and still he wants more appointments to rob money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t go by Practo rating which is not correct at all. I had a very bad experience with both husband and and wife (Dr Prakhar & Dr Aditi) for getting treatment of RCT, 2 times within a year in same tooth. They are unable to treated well and charged high prices for single RCT of Rs 16K approx. Big No for any dental treatment especially RCT treatment and Crown buying or fitting by them. They keep shuffling their patient cases among each other when anyone failed to handle it.
Would advise you to go for second opinion before starting a treatment with them. Also please do take prescription and bill receipts for full treatment as they are very good in cropping stories to keep you wrong and themselves right always.
Most importantly, no strict Corona safety guidelines followed in clinic. Please be careful while dealing with them.
Zero rating from my side as I’m not a happy with their services, behaviour and charges. They speak a lot but zero at work.
