β β β β β Yesterday my relation was asked to pay 500 for luggage. While travelling from bangalore to barkur. She was having 9 handbags and asked 500 for that.
If in case chargeable for luggage, then why did they not do before starting.
In bus they have put other courier parcel why can't we complain to rto?
If passenger luggage not allowed then why we should use pragathi bus.

β β β β β We had been there while traveling to Mangalore from Bangalore.
Their service is not up to the mark. They don't follow timings. Simply call the customer's and tell them Bus has arrived. Come to the pick up point. However they, themselves come late for pickups!
They won't maintain time. So by the time you reach destination, it will be always 2 hours late!
Very bad experience.

The bus is dirty and worst part there's no stop for washroom.

Never choose them for traveling.
