★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst response by any company. No proper receipt. They quote one amount for door to door service then ask extra money. They took my original Pollution certificate and lost it. I have been continuously asking them back for it but no reply. Do not use these transporters.

They take the car my from new delhi to Vijayawada. My car got heavy damaged which took 6 to 7 days for repair and charged around 35000 on body shop.
Their tracking system not worked.
Mr. Devendra was very rude every time on phone since they have full payment in starting.
Neither they provide the exact time for arrival nor the location of shipment. They were committed me to deliver car in 7 to 10 days but delivered in more than two weeks.
I spent a lot on renting of zoomcar.
Many times I called driver and representative but driver took 3 to 4 days fro Hyderabad to Vijayawada (which is 200 km only).
My car the got the damaged during lodging and unloading.
At starting they committed that if car got the damaged during lodging and I lodging then they compensate it. But they simply refused it.
Which highly disgusting.
I have spent more 50000 rs due to pethetic service of PCC.
So my advice is not to book the car by PCC.
