1. Bed bugs can grow if you don't keep your room clean.
2. Cash theft from purse, hanged trousers once a year.
3. Occasional room cleaning.
4.Slow maintenance.
5. No personnel locker.
6. Owner may talk coldly/ rudely with your parents and friends.
Positive:
1. Calm and peaceful.
2. Trees and greenery around.
3. Active in solving sevrage problem.
4. Drainage and Road is good.
5. Strict action against smoker and drinker.
6. No problem of light and water (non drinking).
7. Good fan and 4th room is warm in winter and cool in summer.
8. Temple, xerox, mess, mall are very near.
