★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rooms adequate for students and small family. Excellent ventilation in all rooms and in all floors. No issues regarding water. Great view from the terrace since it is the tallest building in this area. Plus there's a temple just behind the compound. Only negative point for these flats it that there are constant programs being organized in the temple which is played in loudspeakers , sometimes that feels a bit distracting and irritating. If you are planning to buy/rent apartment then prefer flats 49-96.
