Over the phone,twice he confirmed and assured it will be done soon and 3 weeks later I get to know he hasn’t even started and that he cancelled my order without even informing me.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, big failure of a printer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this guy!
