โ โ โ โ โ I was very exhausted on the day when D.N Sharma ji came to me for an openion in a cardiac patient, he insisted that I should join Pragya Wellness camp and he me about Guruji. Now, after joining the cource that the way Chaitanya Guru Ji explains is remarkable and puts you in a deep thought about the way one is leading the life. Day by day I could fell the difference in my health. I was better mentally and this reflects in your behavior with immidiate effect. You become more committed towards yourself with conviction and confidence. Nobody realises that, he/she doesn't have to pass time rather he/she is born to live a beautiful life. I was over weight with altered voice when I joined the camp and after 20 days, my voice cleared and a drastic reduction in body weight by 10 kg and that too without any weakness, I'am performing my hard duties in a better way and I can now hard till evening without lethargy and a motive to improve further. I'am sitting with cross legs comfortably. Thanks to Chaitanya Guru Ji.
I"m sure if we follow the dietary instructions, Omkar Sadhana and Yugnidra, we can totally change our life and can have Kaya Kalp of our body.
