★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best housing complexes to live in. The buildings are well laid and structured. Centrally located, across the D'mart store. The complex is well maintained with lot of greenery. The society cekebrates many of the festivals showing oneness and co-operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People like Satya, Nishad, Vibhu, Anna, Santosh and co make this a very affable one amidst ingenious infra. This particular society near DMART is well lit, verdantly centred and is being taken care of very meticulously since the time it was established. People live here like a cocoon in its warm nest. The Society is similar at every level sans melodrama to an ideal televised though imaginary Gokuldham society of TMKOC. Recently Kartika Nair, an AIR 1 (NEET), hails from this society.

Very peaceful here ...Dmart is located nearby which also includes schools, colleges, banks and hospitals.Many restaurants and Eating outlest are located nearby. Society is equipped with CCTV and 24x7 security. Recently Karthika Nair NEET Air 1 and Varun Sappa IITK are from this society.
