★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Guys... Check twice before renting an apartment at this place, as there are issues which I have faced with one flat in A Wing - 1311 owner name Hemant Sonu Tendolkar and Anjali Hemant Tendolkar.
There was an issue with the flat so I couldn't move in the apartment and the owner deducted 5k from the deposit amount as the rent agreement was made and I wasn't disclosed the issue. Later I came to know about the issue from external sources and I was reluctant to move in, but the owner was not willing to pay my deposit back and after sending a notice to them they deducted 5k from the deposit. I didn't have the flat keys neither I stayed in the apartment.
Also the broker named Ravindra Tanaji Patil did not refund me the brokerage amount. He calculated the entire rent agreement amount and the minor painting charge from the brokerage as 5k.
I made a loss of 10K.
Please beware of such frauds that you can face.
