★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bought a fan capacitor which didn't work even for 2 days. The charge stored deteriorated drastically the very next day. Very bad customer service as a replacement was not provided. Instead he asked us to bring the fan so that he can charge us more money when there was nothing wrong with the fan. Was not even ready to talk about the capacitor.
Even charged higher rates for cheap low quality un branded products.
Please go to Sangam hardware a few meters away, (beside) citizen store. Will provide better service and products. Got a Havells branded capacitor at half the price.
